Most of our rivers are quiet this time of year, but the Rogue never really closes. Our Briggs guides fish it nearly year-round in traditional drift boats, following the salmon and steelhead runs and picking the stretch based on what's running and how the river looks.
Expect cool, wet days. Pack warm layers, full rain gear and waterproof footwear, and bring your Oregon license with a salmon and steelhead tag.
